WARMACHINE – Khador
Models that I’ve painted from the WARMACHINE Khador faction. (Other than Project Rainy Day)
Reposed and an exercise in battle damage (real and fake), deep reds and grime. It was also an entry in the IRON Painter IV contest in 2008. The theme for the round was "Seeing Red." This model was sold to raise funds for my medical bills.

A pair of Berserker warjacks. These were the start of my epic Butcher / 8 Berserker army that I was building for GenCon 2007. I was diagnosed with cancer that spring and the project was set aside forever. These 'jacks were sold to a private collector in 2009.

A Kovnik Grigorovich conversion. Mostly a repose on the pistol arm and the raised boot so that he doesn't look quite so goofy.

Modeled battle damage on all models, they are based on Epicast resin bases. The conversion on the Leader allows the entire unit to get into base-to-base contact and form Shield Wall. These were painted and entered in the Privateer Grand Master painting competition in 2006. They took Honorable Mention (4th place) in the Unit category and were featured in No Quarter magazine's coverage of the event. The 5th member was never finished due to time crunch before the show.
From my personal collection. Sold to a private collector.

They are based on Epicast resin bases. The conversion on the leader was meant to make him look like he was bulling his way forward through the battle line. This unit has no battle damage as I never finished building the 5th member.
From my personal collection. Sold to a private collector.
