Master Irin Ready for Action
Master Irin got quite an overhaul. With the direction change and some other things I was unhappy about with the model, I broke out the Dremel and went to town. The entire head was removed and replaced with a Mk. 2 Crusader head like Metatron, taking care not to damage the psychic hood. Other embellishments were added, like the Book (not to be confused with all of the other books on the model.) Finally, I swapped the combi-plasma gun for a missile launcher off hand and used a Deathjack “soul” bit to represent the psychic “Hellfire” ability. It’s been done many times before, but not with this particular bit that I could find. My main inspiration was Mike McVey’s Librarian that he did on commission. Beautiful work.
Barring any last minute changes Irin is ready for primer.
