I know this might be a long shot, but a friend of mine wants to do this conversion and wants to know how exactly you sculpted the sword. Is it all just greenstuff, or did other things go into it?

I used styrene (plasticard) to add the length to the sword. It was pinned in place and green stuff was used to smooth the transition.
