WARMACHINE – Protectorate of Menoth

Models from the Protectorate of Menoth line of models by Privateer Press.

Umber Guard - Epic Feora

PoM Epic Feora painted on commission for Privateer Press for Superiority, 2006. This model can be found on the pages of WARMACHINE: Superiority as well as No Quarter magazine - issue # 9. This is a painted master model, excellent (and intimidating) to work with. Yes, I realize the fire is painted backwards. I was in a rush to finish.

These are painted master models, excellent (and intimidating) to work with. I mixed & matched arm sets on the 2 duplicate models in order to create 6 unique poses.

Umber Guard - Temple Flameguard

PoM Temple Flameguard painted on commission for Privateer Press for Superiority, 2006. These models can be found on the pages of WARMACHINE: Superiority as well as No Quarter magazine - issue # 9. A bit tedious to paint an entire unit, but the results came out great IMO.

These models can be found on the pages of WARMACHINE: Superiority as well as No Quarter magazine - issue # 9. These are painted master models, excellent (and intimidating) to work with. These pieces are used in all of the product shots for this SKU as the studio had no time to paint "official" ones.

These models can be found on the pages of WARMACHINE: Superiority as well as No Quarter magazine - issue # 9. The addition of soot black to the weapons was my addition to the scheme and it brings them a bit more to life.

Umber Guard - Feora

PoM Feora painted on commission for the private collector who bought the Superiority Umber Guard collection, 2007. Although I cringed at the thought of revisiting the scheme, the advent of P3 paints made life easier for me.

Avatar of Menoth

My revised entry into the first ever Iron Thrall conversion competition on BrushThralls.com. Sadly, I have no pics of the raw metal piece but I'm still scouring my various hard drives. These pics were taken post priming and just before he was sold to raise funds for medical bills. He was purchased by the same collector who bought my Umber Guard army and he had Todd "Dead Dogg" Arrington paint him to match the Umber Guard theme.

Grand Exemplar Kreoss

This conversion of Epic Kreoss was always intended to be the leader of my "all Knights Exemplar" army. I didn't care for the spear so I swapped in 2 Exemplar sword blades to tie him closer to them. The back banners had weak attachments and sagged on the original so I replaced with brass rods and moved them to be more vertical. The additional vents on the back cover the original attachment points.
